Among the many special and unique features of our presses is the use of select structural strength marine grade aluminium for both the side plates and the bed and high tensile steel (4140) for all our bearing housings The aluminium reduces the overall weight of the press substantially without compromising strength and precise engineering, allowing for easier moving and / or relocating address.

 

Features.

·Regardless of size, all of our presses are editioning quality professional units.

·Side panels are computer cut for accuracy, their length determined by the bed length.

·All of our presses have highly efficient chain drives that are fully covered.

·Our steering wheels are designed for safety and to facilitate controlled constant speed.

·High quality, heavy duty, sealed-for-life ball bearings are used for all our presses.

·Bed support on either side of the main rollers is via ball bearing rollers providing support across the width of the bed.  This feature is unique to our presses.

·Upper and lower level strengthening bars. Lower level bars used for lifting press.

· PVC bed liner and blankets included with each press.

The bed width extends beyond the roller by 1.5 cm on either side of the roller and the length can be made to suit. The code number refers to the length of the roller. Eg RM3690 refers to a length of 36 inches or 90 cm and so on. I can negotiate the bed length to suit need and this depends on the paper your client wishes to use.
